I'm so sorry you're having to experience something similar re: no clear diagnosis. Eventually one of my doctors told me I was going to have to "get used to it," saying that it isn't likely to get better on its own after 10+ years. I had a lot of experimental treatments including wearing the lining of a sheep's placenta on the inside of my eyelids, etc. Thank you for reading and for the kind words of encouragement.
